1. Q: What type of services do you offer?
    A: We offer plant care and maintenance, plant shopping and staging and plant wellness

2. Q: Nature Meets Nurture: The Wellness Workshop

    A: Wellness workshops offer a form of therapeutic recreation through plant care. The aim is to emphasize the ways that plant care benefits our physical and mental health. The workshops can be tailored to specific age ranges, groups or companies with varying themes and educational components.

We offer continuous community outreach workshops to underserved, often high risks and vulnerable, youth and elderly populations in the DC area.

3. Q: Where are you located?
    A: We provide plant maintenance, design and wellness services in D.C., Maryland and Virginia to residential and commercial clientele. Note: If you are located out of the area, please feel free to inquire about your specific city and state.

4. Q: Where can I find your price list?
    A: Soulfully STEMulated is dedicated to providing customized care plans to fit your specific

5. Q: What are your hours of operation?
    A: We try our best to prioritize the needs of your plants
, often working irregular hours to accommodate the full-time working plant parent. We aim to align our schedule with what works best for yours.

6. Q: How often will you follow up with me after plant care services are initiated?
    A: Soulfully STEMulated is dedicated to customizing an individualized plan for your service. An emailed summary and invoice will be provided within 2-3 business days after your initial 
call has been completed. After your first in-person service visit is completed, you may be provided with an electronic file a.k.a the Plant Care Plan* and/or be able to set up your recurring maintenance plan at that time.

7. Q: Is Soulfully STEMulated black-owned? 
    A: Yes. 100%

8. Q: Does Soulfully STEMulated offer refunds on plant services?

      A: No. We do NOT offer reimbursements of any kind towards any plant service, plant or accessory purchase. We will consider plant(s) replacement on a case by case basis if there is a significant** issue experienced within the first 60 days of your business.

*Disclaimer: While we do provide follow-up recommendations, we will not have access to or knowledge of the conditions which naturally exist inside your home. Nor will we have control over how you care for your plants outside of our in-person assistance. Plants are living organisms that require specific levels of water, light, humidity, etc. Their vitality may vary as seasons and conditions change. We are not responsible for the lifespan of your plants.

 

**While a customer of Soulfully STEMulated, your plants will be afforded the best possible care and maintenance. We understand things may happen and plants may die. If we experience a significant issue within the first 60 days of your business, we guarantee a replacement plant(s) of equal or similar variety. Typical plant issues that do not apply include browning/yellowing leaves, droopy/falling leaves, soil dryness, root rot, and pests.
